How to read Kindle eBooks without a Kindle

(Links are accurate as of October 4, 2016.)

Besides paperback editions, my longer books are available as Kindle eBooks. I also have short works available for Kindle. If you don't own a Kindle eReader, there are still lots of ways you can read eBooks in the Kindle format--and at no additional price!

Amazon, maker of the Kindle, has released FREE programs that let you read Kindle eBooks on a number of devices:
iPads, iPhones, other tablet computers and smartphones, and your Mac or Windows-based computer. There are even programs for your BlackBerry and iPod touch!

Find out how to get all these free programs at Amazon's site here.
They're also available for free at your favorite app store.

With a small bit of tech savvy, you can also buy my Kindle eBooks from Amazon and use the free program Calibre to convert them to eBooks for other devices like Nook, Kobo, and Sony Reader. My eBooks are DRM-free.
