Email Newsletter Privacy Policy:

I offer visitors the chance to sign up for my free email newsletter, the LeVar Ravel Book Club, which keeps subscribers informed about my books and provides them with a free story upon sign-up. To handle sign-ups to the newsletter and send issues, I use a popular service called MailChimp.

An email address is the only info you need to submit. MailChimp will handle your email address in accordance with their privacy policy (see link below), but other than that I won't share your info, and I will never sell it. I will not conduct any other marketing using the information you provide. In order to evaluate a newsletter's performance, the service may track such activity as whether emails are opened and their links are clicked. I run the newsletter in compliance with America's CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and GDPR.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email newsletter you receive.

My newsletter does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you're under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal data to this newsletter or anyplace on the internet without your parents or legal guardians' permission. Parents or legal guardians who have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal data to this newsletter can contact me, and I will endeavor to delete that information.
